We strive to make shopping with us easy and stress-free.

All return shipping fees along with international duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless deemed faulty. If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

Here's everything you need to know about exchanges:

Exchanges & Returns Policy

  • Full-priced items: Eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. 
  • Pre-orders: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including both return and exchange shipments. Items must be in pristine condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept exchanges for damaged products.

Domestic Exchanges (Australia)

  • Exchange period: 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Exchange process: To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@audreyatelier.co.
  • Cost: $10.95 for return shipping (deducted from your credit note). Free for faulty items.
  • Method: Exchanges or credit notes will be processed by our team.
  • Delivery time: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and process your exchange.

International Exchanges

  • Exchange period: 20 days from the date of purchase.
  • Exchanges: International orders cannot be exchanged directly. Please return the item and place a new order.
  • Return shipping: A flat fee will be deducted from your credit note depending on your country.
