Shipping & delivery

All Audrey Atelier orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, using Australia Post for domestic deliveries and DHL for international orders.

Bundle Orders:

Will be shipped two weeks post approval of the moodboard. These take longer to source so please keep in mind when purchasing. If there are delays we will try our best to accommodate.

Processing Times:

• Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, subject to item availability and payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday.
• Following a launch, please allow 3-5 business days for processing due to high order volumes.
• Pre Orders we will try our best to stipulate where possible the timeline, sometimes there can be slight delays due to the shipment process from our overseas manufacturer or delays in customs so please be aware of this. We will alway do our best to communicate any delays. Pre Order dates are just rough guides.

Domestic Shipping (Australia Post):

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

International Shipping (DHL): We ship worldwide! International shipping rates, transit times, and applicable fees vary by country. All taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
